Our end of September release is now live, with two updates to Support at Home quotes ahead of the 1 October 2026 changes: personal care calculating with no participant contribution, and the government's updated subsidy and supplement rates.
Support at Home Quotes - Personal Care
Personal care services (SERV-0020, SERV-0021 and SERV-0022) now calculate with no participant contribution in Support at Home quotes, in line with personal care becoming fully government funded from 1 October 2026. The government portion covers the full cost on screen and in the document generated from the quote. This applies to all quotes from this release, including older quotes that are reopened. If you are quoting services delivered before 1 October 2026, adjust the government and participant amounts in the downloaded Word document.

Support at Home Quotes - Subsidy and supplement rates
Support at Home quotes now use the government's updated subsidy and supplement rates that apply from 1 October 2026. Quotes with a start date of 1 October 2026 or later automatically use the new rates, and the figures flow through to the quote totals and the service agreement generated from the quote. Quotes dated before 1 October 2026 continue to use the earlier rates. There is nothing you need to change.
